| In June 2000, the ministry was officially incorporated
in the state of Florida and is a registered IRS 501c(3) organization.
A five member Board of Directors oversees the operation of the
ministry. Each director is a member of the body of Christ who worship
in three different area churches. The ministry is blessed with one
awesome prayer team also representing three area churches. We are
not a specific church's outreach program.
The ministry has gone the extra mile to register with the state
of Florida in accordance with the Solicitation of Contributions
Act. Our SC# is 12166. The ministry does not use professional fund-raisers
and 100% of all contributions go into the ministry.
Currently, we are not members of the Evangelical Council of Financial
Accountability (EFCA) because we do not meet the annual revenue
requirements to qualify.
